Yacht Club Estates, along with its sister community Causeway Isles, is a residential waterfront community located as far west in the City of St. Petersburg as you can travel on Central Avenue. Yacht Club Estates is arguably one of the finest waterfront communities in the St. Petersburg area.
It is a mid-1950s “dredge and fill” area, and most of its homes were constructed in the ’50s and ’60s. The western boundary is the Treasure island draw bridge and the Intracoastal Waterway. As a strictly residential area there are no business or commercial properties. The location is convenient to commute, shopping, restaurants, beaches and parks.
If you are considering living in a St. Petersburg Waterfront community, both communities have a beautiful and active community and both have active neighborhood associations.
There is a single bridge to commute which means the traffic is limited to residents and service providers. The community offers homes with excellent amenities making it an elegant and peaceful place to call home.
